Historical Background: A village of five hundreds inhabitants and an altitude of 800 mt above sea level, Fraine is situated next to the Treste river, in the high Vasto areaFounded in the Middle Ages , the village was under the rule of powerful noble dynasties, among them the Caracciolo.
